Hey everyone! I wanted to share 3 easy dinner meals that my family loves! I know it gets hard trying to find new recipes to cook and no one has time to spend hours preparing a meal. These three meals are quick, easy, kid friendly and your entire family will love them! Let me know in the comments if you tried them!

Recipes listed below:
-1 to 2lb thawed Ground Turkey (or Beef)
-1/2 cup Shredded Cheese (I used Colby Jack)
-6/8 Ritz Crackers
-1 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce
-1 TBSP minced garlic
-4/5 Medium Russet Potatoes Cut into bite size pieces
-4/5 Whole Carrots Diced
-1/2 Sweet Onion Diced
*Mix sauce/seasonings, egg, crackers, and cheese into meat. Make patties and place on aluminum foil, top with potatoes, carrots, and onion. Drizzle olive oil on top and wrap closed creating a sack. Place on baking dish and bake at 425-450 degrees for about 45 minutes.
-Thawed Chicken Tenderloins
-Shredded Cheese (I use Parmesan and Colby Jack)
-Asparagus (topped with Olive Oil, powdered Parmesan and shredded Parmesan cheese)
-Garlic Knots (found at Walmart in the Bakery/Marketside area)
*Bake chicken on 350 according to package. Make sure internal temperature reaches at least 165 degrees. Once chicken is baked, top with marinara sauce and cheese. Return to oven for 5-10 minutes to brown cheese.
*Cut ends off asparagus, wash and lay on baking dish. Drizzle olive oil on top. Add Parmesan cheese. Bake on 350 for about 20 mins.
*Bake Garlic knots according to package.
-Barilla Veggie Pasta
-Pasta Sauce of choice
-Minced Garlic/ Garlic Salt to season
*Boil water, add pasta. Cook according to package. Drain and add pasta sauce. Wilt spinach in a skillet with olive oil and garlic over medium heat. Cut potatoes, tomatoes, and onions. Place on pan. Drizzle with olive oil, and add seasonings. Bake at 350 for about 20-30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
