If you wish, before you journal you can light a candle and express gratitude for your life, followed by answering the following questions.
1. What insights (and/or feelings) did you experience in this meditation that you wish to carry with you?
2. What “newness” (new vision, new intentions, new hopes) do you wish to welcome in in the coming months?
3. How do you want to feel on a day to day basis?
4. Imagine yourself embodying the highest most loving possible version of yourself and jot down everything that comes to mind.
If you lit a candle, end the session in gratitude as you either blow out or snuff the candle in appreciation and reverence.
