Divinity does have as many interpretations as many human beings there are alive. Some see it as a purely orthodox definition of the nature of God. Others expand interpretation to more human nature of being as good as it could possibly be. Can or shall we take one or other part – absolutely not. Only thing important for understanding divinity is to find it within ourselves, dive into the feeling it gives and share it with others as a true blessing of life.

Blessing of life or celestial gift both are contributing to divinity of nature of a mankind. And the best gratitude for this always was and still is a prayer. Prayers have been among first practices since mankind was able to speak and truly believed even before. Prayers should not necessarily be verbal. Being a sacred and vulnerable process, prayers can be mental, thus kept deep inside and letting them flow through the soul it amplifies the message to the universe. The whole point of divinity is about thankfulness, admiration and worship to its nature.

Prepare for the ritual of submersion into divinity, prayer and depths of your internal cosmos. Prepare a safe and private space that has minimal distractions for the practice. Use a dimmed or a candle light for intimacy. Add some scents of your favor – essential oils of choice or benzoin would do. Turn on the music we have created for this practice. Place a mirror in front of you, have a comfortable seat and as usual start with breathing exercise. Relax your body and calm down your mind. Inhale deeply through your nose, exhale slowly with focus on your reflection in the mirror.

Inhale and let all the energies surrounding you in. Feel how connected you are to everything around you. Look into the mirror and concentrate on the satisfying feeling of being full of energy of universe and life. Let it flow through you and blend with the depths of your own soul and exhale loudly. Exhale the whirlwind of power of this celestial mix. Say, whisper or think – I am part of the divinity of life and am grateful for that. Inhale and feel how energy you’ve just exhaled is coming back to you. You’ve just shared and mixed your own energy with the universe, but it did not become less, quite the opposite – you now have more than you have exhaled. Exhale again to multiply the effect and say, whisper or think – i am life and i worship the wonder of it. Keep breathing to re-energize and revitalize yourself. Look at the mirror to build a connection between your visual and spiritual representation. On each breathing cycle repeat – i am divine, i am blessed and i am thankful for that.

Once you feel that practice is completed give yourself a rest. Smile to capture the reflection of true happiness and joy in the mirror. Keep it in memories and repeat regularly. This practice will revitalize your body and heal your soul, re-connecting to the divinity of the source of existence.
