This is Matt d’Avella’s cold shower challenge but in 10 days. I will take a cold shower for the next 10 days to answer 2 questions, one of them is to see if cold freezing shower is really worth it. The second is to see if I can stand an Ice bath for at least 20 minutes at the end of this challenge. Apparently, taking cold shower is a really cool hack for productivity. It increase your endorphins at the end and rise your focus for the morning. I think adding a cold shower through a daily routine can be super beneficial at long term. The goal of the challenge from Matt d’Avella is to see what are the benefit mentally for taking a cold shower every morning for the next 7 days. I will continue to take cold shower after this 10 days challenge since it’s procure an awesome wellbeing feeling. Adding new good habits to your life is great, at least, I think so. I look personal development, and I you watch Matt d’Avella’s video, you probably do also. Should you take a cold shower every morning, the answer is yes. Going in the cold shower every morning is a way of fighting again adversity and resistance from life in some way. It’s also a way of realizing how lucky we are to be able to take hot shower everyday without really realizing. I hope you enjoy this 10 days challenge from Matt d’Avella, at least, it was a roller coaster of emotion and a very fun moment, I hope this make you want to try it by yourself at the end.
