To bake in the oven: Exact same food prep, place the coated keto chicken tenders on parchment paper and bake at 375 for about 15 minutes.
You will need ½ c pork crumbs, ½ cup parmesan (or just use 1 cup pork crumbs), seasoning of choice, 1 beaten egg and about 1 lb chicken tenders, filets or tenderloins.
