They decided to take a trip to the Dominican Republic together and the plaintiff paid for the whole trip with the agreement that the defendant would repay her share. She claims the defendant refuses to pay because they got into a fight during the vacation, so she’s suing. The defendant argues the plaintiff insisted on booking everything even though she offered to pay. She says the hotel was horrible and not even close to the beach, so she doesn’t owe.
