Thank you to everyone who celebrated their Valentine’s weekend with us at Tsokolate!

It was a joy for us to collaborate with our friends @danielcorpuz, @aurochocolate, and @carmenand.co to bring to life a collective vision of the perfect Valentine’s evening and offerings.

At the heart of it, Tsokolate was a project that aimed to share Filipino culture and cuisine through the lens of our own experiences which inspired each of Saturday evening’s courses & showpieces and the confections offered at our Sunday pop-up market that paired beautifully with Carmen and Co.’s romantic bouquets. It was an amazing opportunity to enjoy everyone’s bright conversations on love, the specificities of Philippine chocolate-making, and the nostalgia of flavors that evoked home to many or the excitement of brand new experiences to some. Whether you came on your own, to create memories with a loved one, spend an evening with good friends, or make new acquaintances – we hope you came away with all that and more.

We are so grateful to our collaborators and all of you for making this a successful celebration of love and Filipino craftsmanship through chocolate. We look forward to sharing even more memories with you all as your support continues to take us to greater heights.

Salamat!
