Why I’m taking a cold shower for 30 days straight?
With February, a few days away, join me for a monthly challenge of taking cold showers. Last year, I set a 10000 steps a day and that got you moving.
This year, cold showers for the month of February. The supposed benefits of Cold showers include decreased inflammation in the body, enhanced mitochondrial activity associated with longevity and increased energy and some studies, increase in metabolism thereby promoting fat loss.
But to be honest, im doing it for the mental aspect. Cold showers are difficult to do and doing something difficult on a daily basis makes challenging tasks in life, less challenging.
